As we are all working together to reduce the spread of Coronavirus, we want to make the delivery process as easy as possible for you during this time. We aim to get all orders out within 1-2 working days from time order is received. If you need anything gift wrapped, we would love to add a bow to your purchase, just add this request to the order. 

Shipping and delivery options

Free hand delivery - Canberra postcodes only
We are now offering a free hand delivery service for our Canberra metro customers. Our team will happily drop items to your door if you select this option. We will be in touch with you to coordinate the arrangement, so please make sure to add your contact details to the order form.

Click and Collect
Save on shipping and collect in store. We will contact you to advise when your order is ready, and to arrange a collection time. Please make sure to add your contact details to the order form. No shipping fees here!

Regular Shipping
We use Australia Post for all standard orders, and send items via Registered Post. You will receive a tracking number once order has been dispatched. Shipping costs are determined by weight at the checkout - shipping costs start from $10.

Standard shipping may take between 2 to 4 business days in metropolitan areas and up to 6 business days for regional areas. (Please note Australia Post is experiencing some delays - more information here.)

From time to time, we may also request our friends at Pack and Send to manage deliveries for us. Regardless, shipping charges will still remain the same, and are calculated at the checkout based on weight.
