Weiyu (David) is a Canberra-based wood artist, furniture maker, and designer. He graduated from the ANU School of Art and Design. He is also involved in various exhibitions across the country. David loves to draw inspiration from nature. His work aims to present the unique spirit and characteristics of timber. He enjoys creating something special and hopes to bring his unique furniture pieces into people's living areas. Additionally, David teaches woodworking classes on weekends in his workshop at Mitchell.
