About the Maker:
Courtney Hogan is an artist who completed a Fine Arts degree at RMIT in 2019, majoring in Gold and Silversmithing. She received the Emily Hope Award for her Figurative Work.
Courtney uses a variety of techniques, styles and materials, drawing inspiration from narratives and emotions. She is building her visual language through symbols and shapes to create works to connect to others. She is working towards scaling up her work to larger objects and vessels and also loves seeing body pieces come to life as different characters in collaborative photoshoots.
