Remains, Terra, Celestial
Three reflective paper sculptures, with concave shapes similar to the dishes used for tracking the moon landing and the crater shapes on the moon. The layers of paper strips relate to latitudinal lines. The wires relate to contour lines, data transmission and celestial activity. External textures are photographic images: remains of the buildings at Honeysuckle Creek where data of the landing on the moon was collected, ‘terra’ moon topography and the night sky’s stars, clusters and formations.
