Seeking Administration Coordinator

Canberra Glassworks is seeking an outgoing, organised and efficient Administration Coordinator. Reporting to the General Manager, they will provide central administrative assistance to the Canberra Glassworks team. They will assist with reception and email enquiries, administer group and venue bookings, assist with event coordination, provide IT support and administer the database/CRM, filing and archiving. They will support other members of the team to use the organisation’s central administrative systems. They will also assist with statistical reporting and financial administration/filing where required. This position would suit an experienced administrator who is a team player, a great communicator and is keen to pursue a career in arts administration.

POSITION DETAILS

Salary: $45,000 – $50,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience)

Hours: Part time 30.4 hours per week (7.6 hrs/day) Tuesday to Friday

Start date: September 2017

Term: 12 months (with 12 month option)

Seeking Financial Administrator

Canberra Glassworks is seeking an organised, experienced and reliable Financial Administrator with retail expertise. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a professional administration team and amongst artists in the historic Kingston Power House. You will be involved in payroll processing, accounts receivable, preparing financial reports and acquittals, supporting the use of MYOB Retail Manager by other staff, including sales transactions and inventory management, managing bank accounts and cash-flow, account reconciliations and submission of BAS and IAS.

Salary: $55,000 – $60,000 per annum pro rata (dependent on experience)

Hours: Part time 30.4 hours per week (7.6 hrs/day) Tuesday to Friday
