Is Canberra the next UNESCO city of design?

As part of its overall strategic planning, Craft ACT has a longer term ambition to pursue listing of Canberra as a City of Design amongst the UNESCO Creative Cities Network. As part of this year’s DESIGN Canberra festival, strategic design consultancy and valued DESIGN Canberra Gold Sponsor, ThinkPlace, facilitated a workshop which bought together a group of community leaders and design visionaries to imagine Canberra’s future as a UNESCO City of Design.
