Patricia’s journey in glass began with the resurgence of the Studio Glass movement in the late 1970's. She began by working in stained glass using the copper foil technique. In 1999 her designs transitioned to include kiln-formed glass. With the assistance of on-line and book learning Patricia has developed her practice and processes for stained glass and then for kiln-formed glass to evidence sound technical and design skills. Her focus is on the creation of well-crafted and unique works that reflect her love of the natural world. Patricia’s long association with the space tracking industry encourage her to reach out continually to what lies beyond.
