Hannah Gason is a Canberra based artist working primarily with glass. Her works explores gestural imagery and applied structure using colour, line, shape and surface textures taken from her surrounding environment.
In 2015 she graduated from the Australian National University with a Bachelor of Visual Arts and a University Medal. Gason has undertaken residencies at the Bullseye Glass Company and the Canberra Glassworks, and in 2016 was a visiting artist at Berlin Glas. Her work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, and is housed in the Australian Parliament House Art Collection, the Australian National Art Glass Collection and the ANU Art Collection.
